The College

Stafford House College was founded in London in 1952 to provide exam preparation courses in most mainstream academic subjects for British children aged 14+ and courses in English as a Foreign Language for overseas students. Over the years overseas students have also been welcomed on exam preparation courses with their British counterparts and now the college has a truly international feel. The college moved to Canterbury in 1974 and to its present site close to the city centre in 1987. The main college building houses classrooms, small science laboratories, computer rooms, library/study area and common room, and the whole premises were refurbished in 1998.
