The School

St Joseph's Hall was founded in 1980 to provide exam preparation courses in mainstream academic subjects for British children and summer courses in English as a Foreign Language for overseas students. The college now caters solely for overseas students and the premises, in a quiet residential area of Oxford just 10 minutes by bus from the city centre, house 16 classrooms, lecture room, library, listening centre/language laboratory, computer/multi-media rooms, science laboratory, tutorial rooms, games room, student common room and spacious cafeteria.

Students live with host families all within 15 minutes' walk of the college. Each student has a single room, and breakfast and dinner is provided Monday - Friday, with breakfast, lunch and dinner provided at weekends.
