The College

Davies Laing and Dick (DLD) College was founded in 1931 and occupies fine Victorian buildings in a leafy square just a few minutes' walk from the shops and Tube station at Notting Hill Gate and the Bayswater Road. Facilities at the college include over 30 classrooms; chemistry and physics/biology laboratories; multi-media and personal computers; fine art studio, pottery and ceramics studio and photogrpahic dark room. There is also a canteen which serves hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day and is the focal point for social activities.

Students under 18 are required to live with host families and this is arranged by DLD's Accommodation Officer. For older students help can be given to find accommodation in student residences or flats. Accommodation charges are not included in school fees.
