- Provision of travel and accommodation arrangements for visiting parents
- Supervision of the child's financial affairs with monthly financial
report
- Constant liaison with schools
- Constant liaison with guardian families
- Arranging visits to doctors and /or dentists when necessary
- Ordering and purchasing of school uniform and bedding
- Organization of excursions during holidays
- Booking of air tickets and reconfirmation of flights for the child
to and from the UK
- Visits to schools during the term
- Visits on parents' days
- Emergency visits to schools
- Visits to guardian families during the term
