Booking Conditions of Guardianship Services

APPLICATION

Intense Educational Ltd guardianship services are booked for a minimum period of one term. We provide guardianship services for only those children attending schools selected by Intense Educational Ltd, whether or not children were placed at these schools by Intense Educational Ltd.

If you wish to book Intense Educational Ltd guardianship services you should apply as early as possible, but not later than 2 weeks before your child begins his/her studies. Parents must complete the Intense Educational Ltd application form and parental guidelines for guardian form and send these direct to Intense Educational Ltd or the local Intense Educational Ltd representative in your country together with the Intense Educational Ltd registration fee. The application and guidelines for guardian forms must be signed by the parents.

Intense Educational Ltd issues an invoice for the services requested by the parents on the application form, together with a contract for guardianship services.

PAYMENT

Parents must sign the contract within 72 hours of receipt and payment for guardianship services must be made in any hard currency by cheque to "Intense Educational Ltd" or by bank transfer to:

Payment of the total invoice must be made within 7 days after the contract has been signed but not later than 14 days before the start of the child's studies. Intense Educational Ltd will only start to carry out its guardianship duties once full payment has been received.

In order that Intense Educational Ltd may easily identify your payment parents should send us a copy of the bank transfer showing the sum, the issuing bank and the reference number of the transaction. Each transfer should contain the name of the child or number of the Intense Educational Ltd invoice.

CANCELLATION

If parents wish to cancel Intense Educational Ltd guardianship services they must give at least 14 days notice in writing before the start of the child's studies.

No cancellation fees are payable except for the Intense Educational Ltd registration fee if:

• Parents cancel more than 14 days before the start of the academic term
• The child is refused a visa to enter the UK/Ireland
• The child is unable to start his/her studies due to a further interview regarding the visa application required at the British/Irish Embassy after the start of the school term

REFUNDS

Intense Educational Ltd will not refund registration and guardianship fees if parents cancel our services less than 14 days before the start of the academic term. Charges for additional services will be refunded less any expenses already incurred as set in our General Conditions Relating to Intense Educational Ltd Services. Any refund will be made not later than 14 days after Intense Educational Ltd receives written notification of the cancellation.
